MissionFit Trading and its creators accept no responsibility whatsoever for any financial losses you may experience. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely. 1. Entertainment Purpose Only
MissionFit™ Trading is provided STRICTLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. All content, features, tools, signals, analysis, AI-generated coaching, market data, whale tracking, insider intelligence, congressional trade tracking, market movers, and any other information presented by the Service are intended solely for entertainment, personal interest, and informational enjoyment. NOTHING on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or professional advice of any kind. MissionFit Trading is NOT a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. The creators, owners, and operators of MissionFit Trading are not licensed financial professionals. You should NEVER make financial decisions based solely on information from this or any entertainment platform.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT MISSIONFIT TRADING, ITS OWNERS, CREATORS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND ANY ASSOCIATED PARTIES BEAR ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR. This includes losses resulting from: use of the automated trading bot, reliance on trading signals or AI coaching, market analysis or whale tracking data, congressional or insider trade information, any buy/sell/hold suggestions, technical indicator readings (RSI, MACD, VWAP, etc.), or any other feature or content of the Service. YOU TRADE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Any decision to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument is YOUR decision alone and YOUR responsibility alone.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading stocks, options, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF FINANCIAL LOSS and is not suitable for every investor. To be absolutely clear: NOTHING provided by MissionFit Trading — including but not limited to trading signals, bot recommendations, AI coaching suggestions, market analysis, whale tracking alerts, insider intelligence reports, congressional trade data, fear & greed indicators, market movers data, research results, backtesting results, daily recaps, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content and tools are provided purely for entertainment and informational enjoyment. MissionFit Trading does not recommend any specific securities, trading strategies, or investment actions. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
5. Limitation of Liability (Maximum Protection)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MissionFit Trading, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation: trading losses, lost profits, loss of capital, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, system failures, missed trading opportunities, emotional distress, or any other damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
6. Your Brokerage Account
MissionFit Trading connects to your personal Alpaca brokerage account via API credentials that you provide. Your funds remain in your brokerage account at all times. MissionFit Trading never has direct access to transfer or withdraw your funds. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials and ensuring your brokerage account has sufficient funds for the trades the bot may execute.
7. Subscription & Cancellation
MissionFit Pro is billed at $9.99/month. New users may receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You may cancel at any time through your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Promo codes may be offered from time to time and provide temporary or extended free access at MissionFit Trading's sole discretion.
8. Automated Trading Risks
Automated trading systems carry additional risks: software bugs may lead to unintended trades; server downtime or API failures may prevent proper position management; no strategy works in all market conditions; actual execution prices may differ from expected prices due to slippage; and incorrect or delayed market data can cause incorrect trading decisions. You accept all of these risks by using the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MissionFit Trading from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service. The total cumulative liability of MissionFit Trading to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Modifications
MissionFit Trading reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MissionFit Trading. By accepting these terms, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
12. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
By creating an account and/or using the Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and disclaimers herein. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Service, including the risk of financial loss. You agree that you will not hold MissionFit Trading or any associated parties responsible for any losses incurred while using the Service. You waive any and all claims against MissionFit Trading arising from your use of the Service to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
